To
begin our story
.what IS Underwater Hockey? As a player
myself, and keen competitor this is the most often asked question
and gets to be a tad frustrating that not many people have
ever heard of it. Players of our sport range from elite sportsmen
and women to the more casual social player, as well as ranging
in age from 10/11 yrs to over 50 yrs. We take our game seriously
and most players benefit from extreme physical fitness in
the elite category to fairly healthy specimens generally
..a
very good cardio workout is always assured.
