solely on its members, events, grants and sponsorship to meet its
aim. Our aim is to facilitate full participation, access and equity
for females through sport and active recreation.

Privacy Statement applies to all the publicly accessible pages
on this site located at: www.womensportnsw.com.au and any
personal information received from the submission of personal
information to WRNSW.

NATIONAL PRIVACY PRINCIPLES:

Womensport
and Recreation NSW respects and upholds your rights to privacy
protection under the National Privacy Principles in regulating
how we collect, use, disclose and hold your personal information.
Only
authorised WRNSW staffs have access to your personal information.
Access to the raw data is restricted to a limited number of personnel
within. We will not provide your personal information to outside
sources without your consent.
Exceptions

Unauthorised attempts to access files which are not published
by WRNSW;
" Unauthorised tampering or interference with files published
on the WRNSW site;
" Unauthorised attempts to index the contents of the WRNSW's
site by other sites;

or groups or which give rise to a suspicion that an offence is

WRNSW
reserves the right to make disclosures to relevant authorities

to any law enforcement agency that may exercise a warrant to inspect

WRNSW
