To begin our story….what IS Underwater Hockey? As a player myself, and keen competitor this is the most often asked question and gets to be a tad frustrating that not many people have ever heard of it. Players of our sport range from elite sportsmen and women to the more casual social player, as well as ranging in age from 10/11 yrs to over 50 yrs. We take our game seriously and most players benefit from extreme physical fitness in the elite category to fairly healthy specimens generally…..a very good cardio workout is always assured.
