Welcome to the Womensport & Recreation NSW Website

Mission Statement - To promote full participation, access and equity for all women and girls through sport and recreation in order to sustain a healthy and active lifestyle.

Diana joined the sport in 2006.  She has a passion for educating people towards health and fitness and has demonstrated this via her commitment and enthusiasm towards dragon boat racing.  Diana coaches many school teams and is active in the growth of the sport.  She is a qualified PDHPE teacher, Registered Fitness Professional (20 years), owns Body Basics Personal Training, mother to 3 daughters.

  • Sydney Schoolgirls' Get Active Breakfast will be on Thursday October 28, 2010.  The event in 2009 was a great success and we look forward to seeing everyone back again next year, as well as many new faces.
